Shipping times vary by location, but most USA orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Where are your invitations made?
All invitations are designed and handcrafted in our studio, using premium materials and professional printing techniques.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.
Will I see a design proof after placing my order?
Yes.
After you place your order, we will create a digital design proof based on your details and send it to you for review.
Your order will not be printed until you approve the final design.
Can I request changes to the design?
Absolutely.
We offer unlimited revisions for wording, layout, alignment, and minor design adjustments until you are fully satisfied.
How will you contact me after I place my order?
After you place your order, we will contact you before printing to prepare your design proof.

We will message you directly on WhatsApp to share your digital design proof and assist you with any revisions.

We will contact you via email and send your design proof there instead.
You will always receive your design proof before printing, and your order will only be printed after your approval.
Can I write the invitation in my own language?
Yes.
You may request your invitation text in any language (English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic, etc.).
Please make sure all text is provided clearly and correctly.
Can I change quantities after ordering?
Yes, quantity changes are possible before printing begins.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.
When does production start?
Production begins only after you approve the final design proof.
Once approved, production typically takes 2–3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Are envelopes, wax seals, or accessories included?
Included items are listed clearly in the “What’s Included” section of each product.
Additional items such as RSVP cards or accessories can be added upon request.
What if there is a mistake or damage?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before design approval.
Once the design is approved and printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
